Mike is a multi-instrumentalist out of the New Jersey/Philadelphia area. Coming from a musical family, Mike started out drumming and following in the footsteps of his older brother. His father was an accomplished singer and frontman, and Mike’s sister plays piano. Music was always permeating throughout the household including the likes of Genesis, Yes, ELP, and The Beatles to name a few.

Mike started learning the guitar at age 11, having formal lessons from jazz instructor Bill Johnson. As a teen, many progressive guitarists influencing his playing, including Steve Howe, Allan Holdsworth, John McGlaughlin, Pat Metheny, Robert Fripp. At the same time he kept up his drumming skills.

Mike then got into recording and producing his own music and eventually opened “Eyeball Studios”. A recording studio from where he produced and recorded a slew of local groups and artists. Mike releases his own projects to this day out of this studio. His music is currently available online or at his shows.

Mike attended Rowan University with a Bachelors in Music studying under Denis DiBlasio, and Joe Federico and is currently playing in local bands in the tri-state area. Mike’s “Acoustic Works” show is a show consisting of intricate, original acoustic guitar pieces, with various guitars, mixed in with some favorite cover songs of his. These shows also always feature some special guests. Fans of Steve Howe, Steve Hackett, Tommy Emmanuel, and Pat Metheny would enjoy a show like this. CD’s will be available.
